A mind set is an established set of attitudes held by someone; a fixed mental attitude; or a disposition that predicts a person’s response. Your thoughts influence your actions; and what you are today comes from your thoughts. Proverbs 23:7 tells us that as a [man] thinketh in his heart, so is he.
When your mind is made up, you don’t care what others think. Nothing can stop you. You may fall, but you are determined to get up and finish the race because you know that you can do all things through Christ which strengthens you (Philippians 4:13).
As we go through the tests and trials of life, sometimes we need our minds reset. You can’t serve God with a mind focused on this World. In order to successfully serve God, you have to give HIM ALL of your heart, mind, and soul. Until you really get in HIM, then nothing will make sense. You get ALL the way in HIM by coming ALL the way out of the world. The devil desires to occupy your mind; but you have to let him know that your heart is fixed and your mind is made up.
